UK Shipping

Q. How long before you post my order ?   A. Once your payment has been received and cleared, & provided your order is in stock, it is usually despatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays of course.        Q. What is the cost of delivery and how will you post my order in the UK?  A. Most books will be posted via standard Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. First Class delivery takes 1 - 4 days. Any books or items on Special Offer or with Inclusive/Free Delivery will be posted via 2nd Class mail. Second Class delivery takes approx 3 - 5 working days. A daytime telephone number is neccessary for the Courier ... failure to provide this will delay your delivery.         Q. Can you send my order urgently or can you send it via registered delivery    A. Yes, please Contact Us if you wish to pay for Courier/1st Class delivery and/or require 'Speial or Registered Delivery' or 'Signed For' mail. A daytime telephone number is neccessary for the Courier ... failure to provide this will delay your delivery.    Please note there are no additional handling or packing fees.

International Shipping

Q. Which countries do you ship to, what is the cost and how long does it take ?     A. We deliver to Europe, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and certain parts of the Rest of the World. The shipping cost via Air Mail depends on the weight and quantity of your order. Please Contact Us for further details/costs with your requirements. A daytime telephone number is neccessary for the Courier ... failure to provide this will delay your delivery.       Delivery times  Air Mail :    Europe       :    7 - 21 days U.S.A.         :    7-  28 days Canada      :    7-  28 days Australia     :   14- 42 days New Zealand: 14- 42 days Rest of the World: up to 40 days       Surface Mail to the Rest of the World takes, from 12 - 16 weeks, but we do not recommend or encourage this option, because of the length of time, and also because of the risk involved.         Q. I have ordered some books, but didnt receive an option to pay for International Shipping when I checked out?    A. Usually most people contact us prior to ordering for shipping estimates to their destination. Unfortunately at present our website cannot offer differrent options for shipping, but we are working on it.  After you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us, usually within 24/48 hours, requesting payment for International Shipping!

Credit Card   Payment via  Paypal

Q. How can we pay via credit card ?      A . We accept all major credit cards & debit cards through our payment processor Paypal.  is an internationally recognised online merchant, and is one of the safest and most secure ways of making payment. It doesnt cost you any fee to make a payment through Paypal. Once you have chosen your goods, simply click Add to Cart or Checkout and automatically, the screen will ask you to nominate your credit card for payment via Paypal.    Paypal is currently the only method we accept for International Orders.      Learn more at the Paypal website.

Postal Orders (UK only)

Q. We dont have a bank account ?   A.  If you dont have a bank account, you can nip into your local Post Office and obtain a Postal Order to the value of your order. Simply post this to us, and upon receipt we shall despatch your order. Postal Orders, cheques & donations should made payable to 'Mr Kamal.'    To locate your nearest Post Office & check opening times, ring : 08457 223344

Payment via Cheque (UK only)	Q. Do you accept personal cheques ?  A. Yes, we accept personal cheques. Please allow at least 5 working days for your personal cheque to clear, before we ship your order. All cheques, postal orders and donations should be made payable to Mr Kamal.    Further information and the address to post your cheque.
Bankers Drafts (UK only)	Q. Do you accept Bankers Drafts ?  A. Yes, we accept Bankers Drafts. Please allow 3 working days for your draft to clear, before we ship your order. All drafts, cheques, postal orders and donations should be made payable to Mr Kamal.    Further information and the address to post draft.

Returns   and Refunds

Q. How can i return my order ?   A. In order to return an item, you firstly need to Contact Us by submitting the form within 24 hours stating the reason for your return.   Please do not return anything without filling out this form and then waiting for a response to your request, we should respond within 24 hours.       Q.   What if i change my mind, will you issue a refund ?     A.   Yes, all refunds will be for the price paid less shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received and examined. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 7 days of receipt. You must notify us in advance if you are thinking of returning an item.      Q. Do i have to pay for return postage if the order was delivered for free ?   A.  Yes, i if you decide to return an item, or request a refund, then all return postage will be paid for by the purchaser.
